Sometimes, they call me Cinderella.
Born in Camden, NJ the poorest city in the US with the highest murder rate, my family and I moved to Puerto Rico when I was 7. There the four of us lived in one small room in my grandma's house, before some years later, my parents separated. Staying in my dad's mom house, it is safe to say, we were not treated like the rest of the family. I never had a quinceanera, never went to prom, -- we didnt have that much money. We only had money for food & clothes, which helped to go on top of the food stamps the government gave us. It was my church who took care of me, but even now, there are only two who support me and believe in my dreams.
I am a preschool teacher, I just love kids! But my real dream is to be a singer & songwriter and inspire people with my music.
I may not be the most beautiful, I never had any lessons, but I want to show the world that anything is possible.
Will you join this Cinderella in her story?
